Hudson Group Joins Forces with Global Travel Retailer Dufry
 East Rutherford, NJ – September 4, 2008 – Hudson Group has signed an agreement to merge with Dufry, the global travel retailer based in Basel, Switzerland. Since December 2007, Hudson has been majority owned by the Boston-based private equity firm Advent International. Hudson and Dufry are both portfolio companies controlled by Advent.
The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, will include an exchange of shares of Hudson Group's common stock into Dufry equity. Following the transaction, Advent, which manages separate funds which control Travel Retail Investments SCA (TRI), the controlling shareholder of Dufry, will continue to control Dufry. Dufry will directly own 100% of Hudson.

Boswell's Music City Harley-Davidson opened for business this summer and has become a focal point of the airport's recently refreshed retail program. Located front and center in the store is a Harley-Davidson Dark Custom Nightster, the new retro-look bike designed to appeal to younger riders. Arranged behind this stylish machine is a wide array of authentic merchandise from Harley-Davidson – gifts, souvenirs, apparel and collectible items emblazoned with familiar Harley motifs: flames, skulls, tattoos and the classic copper-and-black Harley bar and shield.

Flexplay No-Return DVD Rental Takes Flight With Hudson Group
 Flexplay Entertainment has signed an exclusive retail distribution agreement with Hudson Group, making Hudson the exclusive retailer of Flexplay No-Return DVD Rental in airports and transportation terminals throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Starting in September, Flexplay DVDs will be available in approximately 200 Hudson News newsstands and Hudson Booksellers bookstores in airports and terminals throughout North America. Each Hudson store will offer a revolving assortment of Flexplay DVDs, refreshed with new titles every four to six weeks. Currently, Flexplay Entertainment has licensing deals with Warner Home Video, Paramount Home Entertainment and DreamWorks.
